Julie took care of our three cats while we were away on holiday for the week. My parents had recommended her to us, as we have never had the need to have a pet sitter. The first time we met in person, I felt like we bonded right off the bat. Not only does she love animals, but she’s just a good, kind person. She was very professional and took a lot of care in learning about all of my pets quirks. My parents, who are very, very hard to please people, couldn’t stop raving about how trusting Julie is, so I knew that if they were happy, Julie must be some kind of rockstar! Anyway, while we were away, we were in constant contact. She sent me photos, videos, pictures of our cats and as much as I missed them, I genuinely knew they were fine. She even did extra things around the house for me that I didn’t even ask her to do, which I really appreciated. When we got home, my cats were relaxed, happy and didn’t seem anxious or stressed at all about us being gone. If you don’t hire this lady, you’re making a huuuugggggge mistake. Julie, you are an amazing human, and there isn’t a doubt in my mind that you have a special bond with animals. Thank you for taking care of my “kids” while we were away. If I could give you a ten star review, I would! Thanks for all you do! I also forgot to mention that she also left daily logs each day on what happened, even on top of the texts and emails I received. she also gave my cats some gifts too. Who does that? Julie. That’s who. It’s not just her job/buisness, she lovvvvvvvvvves animals.

We are so happy we found Julspops to care for Quinn in her home when we are away! Julie is professional and organized. She very obviously loves all the pets she cares for and treats them as her own. We also love the daily updates of pictures and videos. Quinn is so comfortable that when we arrived for her second long stay she ran straight into the house without looking back! She knew exactly where she was going. We left at ease knowing she was going to have a great time and given the same love and attention she receives at home. If I could give Julspops a 10 I would!

We are so happy with service and care Julie provided to our boy Iceberg while we were on vacation. He was staying with my mom at our place, but due to her age she wasn't able to walk him 2x a day . Julie came to our rescue, with daily report and beautiful videos we knew Iceberg was in good hands. My mom also enjoyed talking to Julie and got the chance to practice her English. I am so grateful that he wasn't taking out of his home to a Kannel with people he doesn't know. Very high standard of this bissenes and I will recommend to any person who loves and cares for their pets. Hope to see you again!

We recently had our 2 fur babies stay with Julie for a lengthy trip. We had been searching for something other then a kennel experience which they never did well in, and looking for someone who could care for them as if they were at home. Julie provided this and sent us daily pictures and videos so we knew they were thriving. When we returned and brought them home there was no stress at all. This was one of the absolute best experiences we have had for our dogs. When we asked the dogs a few days later if they wanted to go back and see Julie, they wagged their tails and show signs of excitement. Thank you Julie, Matilda and Teddie are looking forward to their next stay.

Very happy with my new find, Julspops!! I have a very special rescue dog that needs lots of care, attention and patience and Julie fits the bill. She has listened carefully to all my suggestions/instructions to gain trust and has successfully made progress in such a short time. This gives me such confidence in being away from the house knowing Julie can handle what comes her way. The immediate update via Whatsapp is fab, i like to know i can be in contact or be contacted right away should the need arise. My big fluffy bear is happy too, so much attention and cool photo shoots!!!! Cheese puffs all the way!!!!

Julie seems so proud of what she does! She brought enthusiasm and the dogs really seemed to enjoy her on her first meeting and looking at the pictures she sent on her first day with them alone they look like they had so much fun! She was punctual and communicated with me when necessary. What a blessing to have got to know you. We look forward to your next visits and I’m sure the dogs do as well!

We've had Jules for nearly 2 years and she has been incredible! She is very professional, reliable, dedicated, responsive and clearly cares about the well-being of the animals. Our animals definitely love her! We could not ask for a better pet sitter. We would recommend her for a simple 15 minute pet break and definitely for overnight stays.

We now have Julie taking care of our 4 cats when we travel, thank goodness! Between walking through the cat care and routines when she set up an initial visit, and the consistent updates while we were gone, it meant we could travel without worry that they were fed, happy, and healthy. She even got our super shy and timid one (who was very upset that we left at all) to come out for pets!

If I could give Julie 10 stars I would! Excellent all around: she loves and cares for animals as though they were her own, :goes well beyond the call of duty with amazing attention to all details (feeding routines, play routines, best clean up litter, area, other included tasks like plant watering, mail collection, forms with relevant detailed questions), is extremely professional and prompt, dependable, :excellent communication all areas for example gets back to you via website, email, quickly including detailed voicemail about how and when, :forms are easy to fill in with details important to animal routines, care, etc., :website very easy to follow with relevant prompts, links, etc., :very transparent about contract, payment details, explains the why or it is obvious and happy to answer questions, :get very detailed receipts for services, record of care each day, plus she sends pics of your pet and her interactions. She is efficient and warm and her genuine love of animals shines through all of her communication and intense efforts. I can't say enough about Julie and the amazing service she provides, truly a gem. Book her early she is busy and for a good reason and thank you Julie!!

Julie is wonderful with pets! We had the pleasure of being able to have Julie stay overnight with our 2 cats and all I can say is WOW! The boys were so spoiled with love it made my heart melt! She was patient and kind as if they were her own. She kept us updated on how they were doing over the visit, kept us connected even while we could not be there.I can see now why she is so highly rated!! We are definitely going to be calling Julie back again!!

I am so thankful to have found Julie's service. She looks after my two cats when I travel into Toronto. She is totally reliable and she sends me pictures and videos of my two when she makes her visits. I know that they are getting the best of care. I highly recommend her!!

Monty Julie is a true blessing for pet owners. I'm a new puppy "mommy" who was feeling quite housebound and overwhelmed until I found Julie (when my furry baby was only 9.5 weeks old). She has a truly natural gift and talent with animals AND she is 110% professional. Not only does Julie provide top-notch loving care for my precious puppy, but she also taught Monty how to walk down the three steps from my deck to the backyard (when he was 13 weeks) and shared her strategy. Now Monty has gained the confidence to go down the stairs on his own. I love Julie's attention to detail and genuine compassion for pets AND owners when she communicates by text or visit report card. Julie is a great house sitter! She takes great pride in taking care of every aspect of your house, great attention to detail and treats it like it is her own. Many people do not know that most insurance companies insist that someone inspect your house every few days when you are away. This could be for student houses, vacations, etc. Julie is the perfect person to provide these visits and be worry-free.

Phinnues Julie is a very loving and dedicated individual who takes great pride in everything that she does. Where do we begin! Being new to London, ON we first learned of Julie, owner & operator of Julspops from a posting within our community. When we first interviewed Julie we had an instant comfort level knowing she is bonded & insured & a recognized member of BBB. Although we don’t have pets Julie also provides House Sitting/House Checking. Julie takes such great care of our home whether we travel for short trips or an extended winter vacation. Julie is a very thorough dedicated person and it definitely reflects in her work. We would highly recommend Julspops! You won’t be disappointed knowing your pets and home are in great hands! Julspops you ROCK!!!!!!

I cannot thank Julie and her husband, Gordon, enough for helping care for our fur baby while we were on vacation. Julie had an injury which prevented her from being able to fulfill the walking duties we needed her for but instead of asking us to find someone else, her husband and her came up with a plan that worked for everyone. We had them walk our Hound/German Sheppard while we were away as it would've been too much for my parents. They came up with a schedule for the days we needed even though we did not request this it did make it easier for my parents to know when he would be picked up each time. From the minute we met Julie and Gordon we knew our boy would be in great hands and we were not disappointed! They even sent us pictures of our guy on his walks, I cannot thank them enough for caring about our boy like he was their own, we will definitely be using them in the future for all our pet care needs.

Julie takes such pride in looking after our pets! She's always my first go too when Im out of town. Julie always keeps in touch, sending pictures and updates throughout our vacation, She'll always try to accommodate as best as possible even if she's fully booked! Thanks Julie for all your help :)

Jules was amazing! We left our dog there while we were gone for 4 days for our wedding. We also arranged for her to take him on 3 walks beforehand so that our dog Otis could get to know her. We have nothing but amazing things to say about her service! She sent photos while we were gone, and her report cards were adorable. She even cleaned something off my kitty's bum that she noticed while she was picking Otis up for a walk! Otis loved her and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dog sitter/walker! :) Thanks Jules!

Julie has been looking after my elderly cat, Maya, for a while now. Every time, she goes so far beyond what's necessary, to make my kitty feel loved and comforted. She was also so helpful when I experienced basement flooding, and she was instrumental in keeping in contact with my insurance people to advise them of the situation. Bottom line, I would highly recommend her service. I know when I leave home on vacation my pet is very well taken care of. I just love her "report card" when I get home to read how my pet was doing each day. She is a treasure!

As new residents to the London area in 2016 with our 15 year old ************, we were referred to Julie by another very satisfied client. What a godsend Julie has been! She cared for our beloved Teesha just like she was her own, showing love and concern. More recently, she has had our new little girl (******) for a couple of visits. Again, Julie has been amazing, providing a safe, secure and very loving environment to leave our pet. When we arrive to pick up ******, she is a happy, stress-fee little girl. She enjoys playing with other dogs, and clearly has had a super time, getting lots of attention, love and cuddles. Julie, we are beyond the moon happy that we found you!

We are so delighted to have discovered Julspops Dog Walking Service! Recently Jules visited and walked our two Westies while we were out of town. They were very excited to see her and it made our outing so much better, knowing that they were getting a potty break and a walk. Our dogs also spent the next weekend at Jules' home. They loved meeting and playing with Summer and Pebbles, and from the videos and pictures that Julie sent us, I can see that they were treated like royalty, with all the spoiling that they get in their own home! I was very nervous about hiring a dog walker for my doodle mix, Tali, during the summer months, as it would be the first time entrusting her care to someone outside the family. I was put at ease almost immediately upon meeting Julie, and these two months of her visiting Tali and taking her for walks flew by quickly and peacefully. Julie is friendly and approachable, but also highly organized and professional, with an impressive list of credentials and expertise that lets you know that she takes the care and safety of your pet/s seriously. She was highly adaptable in terms of Tali's needs and unusual quirks, and always provided a 'pet report card' that kept me informed as to what each visit entailed (how Tali behaved, the weather, notable events on the walk, etc...). Julie quickly discovered what games and activities Tali enjoyed, and kept her engaged and content while visiting. The photos and videos of Tali on her walks, playing or simply relaxing were wonderful, as I was able to relax as well, knowing my dog was in good hands. Overall I am beyond pleased with the experience, and hope to hire Julie again soon. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a dog walker/pet sitter. Tali will miss the friend who kept her safe and happy this summer!

If you have need for someone to walk/cRe for your dog, I highly recommend this service and I will share my story. Recently, suddenly for 2 weeks and because of a medical issue, I could not take my dog Emi for her daily 2 km walk! Without this walk, she goes nutty and runs amok throughout the house. My neighbour recommended Julespops, I phoned Julie and she agreed to help me. Because I would be home all day every day, she was able to fit Emi into her schedule. My means the world to me, we are together most of the day to the point that she is not so comfortable if I am not around. Well, she immediately bonded with Julie because Julie is so warm, kind and just has a positive way with animals and myself as well! Emi was comfortable going off with Julie and a bonus was that Julie took some pictures so that I could see that Emi was enjoying her outings. I am even planning for Emi to stay with Julie when I am away in the spring on a long trip. Being able to see pictures of Emi will help allay my own anxiety re her wellbeing when I am away. I have no hesitation in advising you to contact Julespops service first!

WOW! Thank god for JULES. We don't go out often without our dogs, we do however like to travel. We seen a sign in someones front lawn for Jules a couple years ago. We called Jules and had her come to our house for a meet and greet. Our little guy Ozzy thinks he can eat everyone and will usually try. When Jules walked in all he wanted to do was be held, we couldn't believe it. After talking with Jules, it was evident she was the young lady for us. We left our dogs with Jules and went to Italy for 3 weeks, upon our return our dogs were happy and healthy. Jules sent us pictures and the odd video while we were away, it was amazing to see our dogs were having a great time and that they were being well taken care of. We have since used Jules with the same feelings about her. Its like having a little sister on speed dial. We highly recommend Jules to everyone, she is simply the best.. Thank you to her husband also, I know our bigger dog Mattie really likes him

Jules truly loves our two cats. I have no worries leaving them in her care when we go away. With regular email updates, including pictures and videos, we are assured they are getting all the TLC they deserve. I have no problem recommending Julespops to anyone. Excellent Service! We required dog walking services at very short notice. Jules came to our home for a meet and greet the same day that I emailed her and was very accommodating in providing our dog with walks for the next 2 days. Jules' rates are extremely reasonable. She is professional, dependable and friendly. She provided daily reports for our pooch, and Pedro was quite excited to see her each day for his walks. We will definitely use her services again and tell our friends about Julspops Dog Walking Services.

Jules is an excellent pet sitter who went above and beyond our expectations. Aside from obviously loving animals, she is also incredibly professional. She was great with my dogs, and sent videos, pictures and updates daily while I was away on vacation. I never for a moment worried about my dogs, because I knew they were in good hands. I couldn't recommend Jules enough. I personally think she is a better option than a kennel and she has very reasonable rates. I will definitely use her services in the future!
